Chalene Extreme question

Ive been diligently (6days a week) doing the 30DS for the last 60 days and I'm ready to move on. Actually I think I really need to move on, my knees are really starting to bother me. I have never had any type of knee pain so Im going to assume that it is the Shred. My question is I've decided to order CE, so how much stress is that on the knees? I love the plyometrics in the Shred, but I cant help but think that is why 30 days in my knees are hurting some.
Thanks,

ChaLEAN Extreme is not a high impact program. There isn't any jumping or anything in it.
It is mostly strength. And....whenever you DO have anything with jumping, you can ALWAYS modify (as in Turbo Fire, for instance).
ChaLEAN Extreme is a wonderful workout. I LOVE it. I got my arms from it :) LOL

If your knees are an issue, just keep any exercise you do LOW impact. Your feet never have to leave the ground :)

I am almost done with my second round of CLX. and I honestly think the difference with the shred and clx is the form. Honestly Jillian doesnt go over form really well and keep on it. I personally had to stop because of my ankle starting to hurt. I think you would be really happy with CLX as a choice. I have learned a lot about lifting and fitness in general from it. If you look at my blog on here it highlights my first round then this round i did a blog on blogger about it. email me on here if you have any more questions or would like to take a look at my blog. Best of luck!

Are you supposed to be doing that 6 days? I was always told to give one day rest for anything stressful, like weights or high impact. I could be wrong...
I just started her Turbo Jam beginner & LOVE it, but I was hurting too! Gave myself a day off & just getting ready to hit it today. I hope I can walk tomorrow! lol

CL is really good; its focus more on strength training, it does have however 2 workouts that consist of interval training(weights and cardio) and a cardio one where there is a lot of jumping. Lots of squats but if you do them in proper form you shouldn't have a problem.

Thanks all...its just a pretty big investment so I want to make sure I can complete it. My hope is it will prepare me for P90x!

CLX is a wonderful program. P90X is totally different, but if you are looking to do that, CLX will be a good start.
You could also try doing the original version of P90X, which is P90. It's very good, NOT as expensive, and a great primer for P90X.
However, CLX will always be my personal favorite :)
