    Did you get enough sleep last night? Or break your normal sleep schedule? It's dreary here...and all I want to do is sleep here.
    I would suggest something like 5-hour energy...but I tried that once...and it put me to sleep :) Could it be PMS? Or stress?

    Try taking a couple of deep breaths. If I remember right, you yawn because your lungs aren't getting enough oxygen. Not sure...but it's worth a try :)

    theres a nerve that connects from your calves to your brain. stretch your calves to wake up a lil. also stretching your shoulders (put one elbow in the other and pull down.. thats supposed open your lungs to let oxygen to your brain, which wakes you up..
