I am new

Hello, I just started this site Monday. I am liking that I can use my ipod or my computer. I am not one who likes having to keep track in order to diet, but it seems it is the only way this is going to work.
I am a mom of 3 ranging from 8 to 12 and I stay pretty busy taking them everywhere, I also work fulltime 40-60 hrs a week.
I did just sign up for a curcuit class that they offer at my kids gymnastic's. Figured it was better to be doing something other than sitting on my butt for the 2 hrs 3 days a week, so I will now be working out mon and wed there for 1 hour each day, and I am going to try and work out at home, but it is hard to do when the kids won't leave you alone....

I am at 200pds now and hope to be 180 by July.....
