I just feel ravenous today! Do you ever have days when you just eat your maintenance calories? I worked out for almost 2 hours last night, so that might have something to do with it. I'm about to make myself workout later until I burn at least 700 calories just so that I can eat some more right now!

    Yes! Like right now, I am sooooo hungry. I'm getting ready to go work out again too! My friend keeps telling me that thirst is often disguised as hunger. Maybe drink more water? Good luck!

    I feel like that sometimes too (especially a few days before TOM). Don't sweat it, eat until your satisfied, just choose healthy foods. I think it's our bodies way of telling us it needs more :smile:

    Glad I'm not alone! I just went to Turkey Hill to buy milk and I walked around the store looking at all the snack items, but just couldn't get past the numbers....just wasn't worth it. I just don't know what to eat that will satisfy me right now, beside like an entire pizza or something!

    Some days I do just eat my maintenance calories and don't exercise but I plan for it. I concentrate on fiber and protein and eating small amounts often so I don't feel hungry.
