Okay talk about NSV. Some of my best moments on this journey have had nothing to do with the scale. Like when someone asks me where my "other half " is and I tell them he's at work , and they say no the other half of your body 
Or when my five year old does a 35 min session of Tae-Bo with me (so cute). Or when my wedding ring fits again, or even better my diamond! Celebrate the small steps, they are the ones you wont soon forget!
