I've hit a plateau. Going to try the zig-zag calorie approach. Anyone have any success with this?

Hmmm I'm interested to follow this. I just did a quick google about it and it caught my attention. I have been in a plateau for a while now myself and I find it quite frustrating!0

I have, zig zag is a lot harder then many make it out to be! its more about nutritional cycling and clean eating :] had a ton of success0

Yes! It definitely does help. I was stuck in a 3-week yo-yo cycle where I'd lose and gain the same 3 pounds. I did the zig-zagging and lost those 3 plus an additional 4. I am happy! I just basically picked an average I wanted (I chose 1550 calories) and played with my numbers in Excel to come up with my daily targets over the course of a week. My lowest day had 1300 calories and my highest was about 2000 or so. I do workout daily though.0

I TOTALLY agree that zig zagging helps. I seem to drop more what when I stagger my calories, if only by 100 or 200 calories a day. Then I do one cheat meal a week, which always spurs an extra 1/2 pound or so. Good luck!!0
