What should I do with this steak?

I set out some steaks for dinner tonight but was just informed my husband wouldn't be home. I now have time to "create" something. Any ideas as to what I could make with steak that would be health/low calorie? Preferably something not too complicated. Thanks in advance

Cut the steak into thin strips and stir fry with lots of veggies, serve over brown rice if you have it, if not, just eat the stir fry! As long as you don't add a bunch of soy sauce, it should be pretty low in sodium, and tasty!

Slice, sautee with a little olive oil and spices of choice, lay over a bed of lettuce and yummy veggies. Steak Salad.

Boil the meat and add it to a vegatable soup.

chop it up and suate with green peppers onion and mushrooms. stick that in a pita and add some low fat chees and you have yourself a cheese steak sandwich.

Make a plate of salad greens, top with a dressing made from yogurt, honey, Dijon and tarragon. Cook the steak medium rare and slice it thinly. Place warm steak on cold salad...yummy!!!
  • I usually broil my steaks. Coarsely chop up some onion, green and red pepper, and lay the steaks right on top. Season them with whatever you want and broil on each side for about 8 minutes (depending on the thickness of the steaks). Serve with some steamed veggies or a salad.

Fajitas w/peppers and onions. With or w/o tortilla depends on your calories or preference!
