biggest loser???

my 30 day shred dvd "ran away" so tonight i bought the biggest loser last chance workout. has anyone done this before? i noticed that it has 3 levels each 20 minutes long. are you intended to do the levels the same as 30 day shred?? just wondering what to expect and hoping that it burns as many cals as the 30 day shred!

    You do the levels as you see fit. Some people do all of them, some do only one for a week. I love the video, but there are several of them out there. Do whatever you feel like and whatever you think you can .. have fun and enjoy it.
