Insanity and Running

I'm curious to know what others that are doing the insanity program are doing with their running schedules?
I really want to run a 1/2 marathon in April, but I just started Insanity on 2/25. At this point, I'm running one day per week - on Recovery day, I need to increase my mileage tho. I did run on Plyo day - about 3 hours later and felt more fatigued than I should have been, my time was good but I think could have been better.
I'd love to know how others are fitting it in - I don't want to over do it - I do also already add P90X strength and yoga days back in at least 2-3 times per week.
