Hi.. I am new and like seeing so many people with the same goal as me...to lose weight and get healthy. I always am conscious of my eating and exercise but not consistent enough and have watched my weight creep up month after month lately (it used to only be year after year). So here I am actually focusing on my eating habits and changing them for the better and sticking to my gym and exercise goals... so far so good... but I'm glad I can come here when I start to slack off again.
