Only 4lbs?!

The scale was set wrong.

    Four pounds is GREAT! Nothing to beat yourself up over....at ALL! I know that it's frustrating if you think it was a certain amount and it was actually less, but 4 pounds is seriously AWESOME!!! So, congrats to you and keep it up!!!:drinker:

    Healthy weight loss is 1-2lbs a week and you lose less if you have less weight to lose. Slow and steady!
