Since starting on MFP I've lost 8lbs. I was losing steadily then that rate slowed. I am stuck bouncing between 183-185 and have been for a few weeks now. I run three times a week, do some strength training and walk on the other days and have noticed that my thighs are getting more tone. I keep at or under my calories most days of the week and am getting enough protein, carbs, fiber and fat. I tracked sodium and sugar and those have been in the normal range. I can't figure out why I'm stuck!
Anyone have any good plateau-buster tips?

Try changing up your workout. Maybe take a class or get a trainer to show you some non-traditional weight training techniques. Gotta keep your muscles confused!0

Can you open your food diary up so we can see what is going on?
Go here to open it:

You might be having more sodium, or you might be sensitive to sodium......we'll know more if you open your diary.0 -
Try staggering your calories. This lady gave me this website and it has helped me. Try it. Wish you all the best in your weight loss journey. http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm0
