this is trail walker. im looking to keep really good track of all my food intake and exercise. open to most any good info from people here. trying to get ready for the backpacking season and convert to a healthier lifestyle. bread and chocolate, god i love em. just saying hello.

Hello, and glad to have you join us on MFP, enstone. It is a really good place for info and to track your foods and exercise. One of the reasons I joined here and started exercising and eating right was to do some hiking. Hoping to get into it a bit more this year since I'll be in much better shape.
