New tp MFP..My goal

I have lost 15 lbs since last April-July 2010 then got a new job where I drive alot..
I gained only 4 lbs back in 5 months..Im back on track..
My goal is to lose about 20-25 lbs...and d0 100 miles of cardio a month.
As of todays date In at around 14 miles..
I did 8 of those today...

I know I can do this..with eating right and every 3-4 hrs something small and working out at least 5 days a week..the weight will fall off me...

this is a great site..glad to be onboard
