I haven't lost any weight this week, having lost 2Ibs in each of my first two weeks. have completed 7 hours of cardio exercise over 6 days since I joined about 3 weeks ago. I've consistently been under my calorie goal of 1200, on two occasions have gone over my allowance but the whole week has averaged under. I haven't recorded measurements but realise this might have been useful at this point!

Any suggestions / thoughts please? Many thanks!

Try going Gluten Free for a week, might be the kick your body needs.

You said it right there! You are not eating enough calories. If your not hitting 1200 calories when your NOT working out you are eating too little. You need to eat more especially with your workouts. I bet if you will start losing if you eat 1300 calories a day! Try that for a week and see results. Good luck and start eating!

taso42 & puggleperson are right! When you eat fewer than 1200 calories then your body goes into starvation mode. It starts storing everything you eat which makes you gain weight. Not a good look. As someone who also tries to exercise about 1 hr. everyday I never eat fewer than 1200 cals and I usually try to eat about half of my exercise calories back. It sounds counter-intuitive, but trust me- it works.

You'll get it right very soon. I'm sure. Best of luck! :flowerforyou:

Yes, nuts are a good option. Watch the sodium, I prefer raw unsalted nuts. You are eating lots of fruits and veggies which is great, maybe increase your serving size so you can get a few more calories from them. Dairy products (full-fat yogurts and cheeses) and whole grain bread products are also good options.
