I have been here on MFP for 10+weeks and am down 10 pounds .But the scale keeps going up and down depending on water and the like .So today I got out the measure tape again and well lets just say I now see what is going on .I have lost about an inch from every place that I measure .I knew my pants fit better but I guess unless I take the time to check I just dont know how well I am doing so THANKS TO ALL you keep me coming back. I am a happy Grumpy today.

Hey mom another thing that you can do is go back into your goal screen and adjust your weight. This will give you a new calorie target and keep you losing the weight at the same pace you were. I am so proud of you and am so happy for you! So what are you now on the weight loss list? I know it's more than the average weight of a newborn.
