I have no idea about the fish oil. But I definitely hearing the popping!0

I've been making those noises since I was a teenager. I wouldn't worry too much about it.0

My popping is down to a minimum since I started taking Fish Oil about a year ago. It does so much more too, it's so good for you. It helps your heart and can even (surprisingly) make your breath smell nice. It takes a while to build up in your system though, so don't expect an overnight miracle.0

My knees sound like ripping velcro apart and have for years. Luckily, there's no associated pain.
Fish oil won't help with joint lubrication, no. Fish oil primarily provides Omega 3s. These give a mild anti-inflammatory effect throughout the body and can benefit cardiovascular and brain health along with some other benefits.
Glycosaminoglycans (often offered in some sort of mussel) can help with joint lubrication and so can ASU.0 -
my left knee does that even without working out it gets really tender too i think i don't have enough cartlidge there like friction of my knee cap widdled it away.0

I dont know about fish oil but I know glucosamine chondroitin works. I take it because my knees sound like that too.0

popping with no pain is usually just little pockets of gases that are released when you move. If there is no pain, I wouldn't worry.0
