Am I doing ok?

I've lost 2-3lbs in 6days by walking 2.5mph for one hour a day and eating portioned meals (1000 calories a day; sometimes going over) and trying not to drink coke though I drank one today. How's that? Anything I need to change or improve on? By the way, I'm 12 going to seventh grade (please, please, please don't say I'm too young or I'm not done growing because it ticks me off and I know that) Thank you! :flowerforyou:
