core ball / exercise ball

Does anyone use these? What do you put into your exercise diary when you do?

    I do a little of it in my core/ab work. I just lump the whole core session (various crunches, planks, ball, etc) of the workout together under 'sit ups-vigorous' and input the cal's from my HRM.
