This application aided in my goal to weigh 180. I lost 16 pounds watching my calorie intake and exercise. Also being realistic that it was not going to happen overnight but in time I would see results and I did. I want to Thank the developers and the support of the people who logged every day.

There is no such thing as a quick fix to looking better, eating health and just plan taking good care of the machine you call your body. What there is reality. That is you can control what you eat. How you exercise and the time it takes to achieve your goals.

The next goal is a six pack. I am 42 years old and never looked better.....and on my way to lean and mean hotness that will hopefully continue in my forties and fifties.

Good Luck to all in your goals and don't get discouraged or quit. Just keep logging those calories and work twards the healthy lifestyle.
