So it all started after shovelling snow last week. My back was sore on the right side, but manageable.
I have been doing p90x and on my third week now. Since my back was extra sore from shovelling I have skipped ab ripper a couple times, and was feeling better yesterday so I started it back up. Well as yesterday progressed so did my pain. I now can't sit, stand, lay without feeling the pain. When relaxing it feels like it is constantly contracting.
I don't want to get off track but I don't think I can do Yoga x today, what can I do to stay on track without injuring myself more??
Any advice would be appreciated!
