Found a recipe which looks really nice but has shredded spouts in it. Not used them before in a stir fry, has anyone else and what are they like please? What sauces have you tried with them too?

I like brussel sprouts...they're like little cabbages. I would use them in a stir fry. I also recently tried them w/ olive oil, salt, and pepper (shake it all together in a baggy) - then roasted them in the oven for about 30 min. VERY Good!0

They taste great in a stir fry and Tesco's do a lovely sweet chilli and ginger sauce ( cost £1.50 ) you wont need the whole sachet so the calories will be halved. Brussel sprouts also taste nice with chopped bacon in the stir fry, if you use Quorn bacon the calories are even lower. Enjoy your new recipe. x0

Thank you, I would never have thought of roasting them in the oven, so will try that Sunday, and Linda, thanks for tip on the sauce, would a sachet be enough for 5 people?0
