Well, a year ago I ran the Boston Marathon, was in one of the best shapes...then I had to have foot surgery and now that I can finally work out I am at the heaviest I've ever been. 142 lbs! Crazy. I've never ever weight over 125 lbs before....I am determined to get back to my old me by bikini season! I started on an exercise plan with a personal trainer yesterday and I am planning on eating under 1400 calories a day and no alcohol! Wish me luck! and Good Luck to all of you trying to get slim and be healthy!!!

You already have the mind of sticking to things (especially since you got to your goal of running the Boston)! So this is going to be like a "coming home" for you. Enjoy the ride!!0
