Greetings all!
Here is a personal favorite of mine. I make it on evenings when I don't have much time to make a dinner. Each serving contains the following:

Calories: 360
Fat: 4g
cholesterol: 5mg
Protein: 16g
sodium: 340 mg
carbs: 63g
sugars: 46g
Fiber: 10g

Ingredients:
1 cup almond breeze original almond milk (check any naturals store - this stuff is great!)
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3/4 cup frozen berries (store brand works just fine)
3 black mission figs (any dried figs will work really, I just like the super sweet flavor black mission figs have)
1tsp granulated splenda (stevia will work also, i just have a huge bag of splenda on hand)

Toss everything in a blender, and blend until liquid-y. The figs may give you some issues, so I highly reccomend blending for awhile. It actually makes enough to fill two glasses, so you could half all of the nutritionals by sharing with a friend.

Normally that doesn't work so hot for me, it tastes really good
