I just want to say hello to all and start to engage the community here!

HELLO!!

I'm hoping to find others who can join together to improve our motivation and "stick-to-it-ness" as that has often been my problem in the past. I'm on day four of tracking foods, and beginning to implement my exercise/nutrition plans. I know that after a week or two I've often lost steam and would love friends to help me keep me headed in the right direction.

    I'm the same way! You can do it! I just finished my first week and lost 2 lbs! Hard work, but, logging what I ate really helped me stay accountable. Even logging those M & M's! Feel free to add me as your friend. This is a great site, very encouraging!
