I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!!!.......I heard it last night from my husband!!! It made me feel so good......

So I want everyone here to know that I too am very proud of you!! Just by being here.....working on whatever goals you have set for yourself.

And remember to always be proud of yourself!!!!

I have purple FlyLady pens that I use all the time. They're imprinted with "I'm Proud of You" and it gives me a happy, fuzzy feeling every time.

My husband doesn't say it outright, but he's right alongside me with the new lifestyle change. He doesn't track calories himself, but he nudges me away from high cal snacks, reminds me when I haven't exercised (he exercises during our daughter's naptime, I'm supposed to do so while he does bath & story time), has gotten really good at finding tasty healthy recipes online (and making them), and generally helps keep me on track.
