I just joined today. I will be out of town for a few days but am seeking friends to share our goals with. It is so much easier with a friend or friends to assist you to hold you accountable in achieving your goals. Anyone need another friend?

    Hi I joined about a week ago and I am looking for friends to share this experience with. I am 40 years old and I am ready to make a change in my lifestyle!!:smile:
