Anyone tried it?
I have just finished reading the 801010 diet by Dr Graham. http://www.amazon.com/80-10-Diet/dp/1893831248
Baiscally it is 80% carbs 10% protein 10% fat. But also it is mainly raw vegan.

It was a very interesting book and has certainly made me think a lot about having more fruit and veg in my diet as this diet is pretty much living off fruit, a little veg (greens) and minimal nuts/seeds.
There is a website (30bananasaday) which is very good for forums but it is more for people who are 100% committed to following the plan rather than people who want to be maybe 50-80% raw which is I suppose where I would like to be.
It would be nice if there were a few people to chat to about this, I dont want this to be a forum for arguing whether it is a good diet or not. It is not so much a diet, lose weight thing but more an eating plan like paleo or being vegan.
I dug up a thread from a while back where the orginal poster has taken a lot of time to put some really good info together.
