bloated from water

For some reason after I drink water I feel really bloated. I'm drinking a lot more water than before but just seem constipated.

    How much water are you drinking? How much sodium are you ingesting? What kind of water are you drinking? (tap, Brita filter, bottled, carbonated, etc)
