Pulled muscle....P90X

So I pulled a muscle in my stomach doing a pull up for my P90X workout. It hurt and is still sore. Hoping I can still manage my Plyo workout today! Anyone know what to do for it? Heat? Ice? Not use it? LOL. I need ideas to help recover faster!

doctors always say 20 minutes of ice on 20 minutes off take some time a little rest no belly laughing0

rest the muscle for a couple of days and then gently ease back into exercise. Ice is good though.0
