I lived like that for months before being diagnosed with dairy alergies. I relied on getting up an walking and mint tea for some relief.0

you need to drink a TON of water and flush it all out or you wont get rid of it! WATER WATER WATER....if you like lemons...lemons is a diaretic too so I always add fresh squeezes lemon to my water!0

Keep an eye on that. I suffer with bloating and a really sore stomach a LOT. Apparently IBS and it seriously sucks. If it happens again then go to the doctor.0

What you are doing is VERY unhealthy. It takes at least a few weeks of FORCING yourself to eat breakfast before your body gets used to it and you actually start to feel hungry in the morning. Any weight lost will just pop right back on as soon as you have a few days of eating more, or some unwise choices. You need nutritional food and not a drink!0 -

ALWAYS!!!!! This has always happened to me, but since I've been on MFP since Feb(st wt-171), I am totally confused!!!
SITUATION: Joined challenge-Mar.1-Weight-161-(old scale)-10 lbs loss, RIGHT?
PROBLEM: Dr's visit - Mar. 3 - Weight-166 acc. to dr. AND my old scale!(1 1/2 wk before TOM) - OH, NO!!!
SITUATION: 1st wk Challenge wghin -Mar. 8 - 160 lbs(old scale) - WHAT??? - 6 lb loss, but still used stwt, so counted as 1 lb loss
PROBLEM: Bought new(digital) scale-Mar. 9 - wght - 165.3 with 2 past days of strenght tr. & lots of cardio - OKAAAAYYYY???
PROBLEM: Mar. 10 - wght. - 163.4 - WHAAAAAAT??????
So you see, it happens to us all...I've given it A LOT of thought, and after being super confused, I've decided that I'm NOT going to keep changing things because it will up my chall. wght loss, but kill my ticker! I'm going to just wait 'til 'wretched TOM comes and goes and weigh in on Mar. 8th(next chall wghin)...bloating and swelling usually goes away after about 3-4 days and see what happens...we just have to work out hard, be patient, and wait some more!!! Don't feel like the 'Lone Ranger'!!!
