Oops hit return too soon - I have a few free recipe apps - crock pot, spark recipes and eating well. I have found some good ideas there.0

MFP!
I have downloaded others but don't really use them. One I look at every now and then is 'the snack app'. It has tips but also, you can choose what type of snack you are craving...salty, sweet, etc and then how many calories you want to use...50, 100 or 200. And then it gives you a list of snacks you can have!0 -
MFP of course! I deleted LoseIt after finding MFP!
I also love the Pedometer Pro by Viaden Mobile. Its one of the most accurate I have tried as far as distance/steps/calories go. Added bonus is the GPS that maps and tracks your routes.
AllRecipes is also good for quick, easy, healthy recipes...as long as I ignore the temptation to look at the desserts section! lol.0 -
There is a restaurants app.. that has calories in many of the foods at popular restaurants... Sometimes its faster than searching through MFP database on Iphone.0
