Weight can fluxuate moment to moment and hour to hour as well as day to day. That is why weighing every day can be so misleading.0

wet hair from shower vs dry. Or you could have sweated out 0.4 lbs no problem.0

Yes, you can lose water weight during a workout if you don't drink back everything you sweated out!0

Normally during the exercise you'll lose water, and consequently you'll lose weight as well. After you hydrate yourself, this lost water will be replaced.
Sometimes I lose up to 2 pounds when practicing tennis or other highly-demanding sport.
Don't worry. It's nothing but normal.0 -

You sweat out weight during exercise. I could lose 4 pounds in one wrestling practice easily.0
