I'm BORED...need something new!!

So, I'm doing Jillian MIchael's 30 Day Shred and am on Level 3 and have been doing it for over a month now. I'm getting really bored with it. Don't get me wrong, it's still very physically challenging but I'm mentally bored! I've lost 15 pounds since starting it in January. Does anyone know of another very similar DVD workout that I could buy? I want it to be SHORT, the Shred is about 30 minutes (busy mom with 3 little kids who works out during their naps) and very intense/hard/circuit training just like Jillian. Just looking for something different! Getting really tired of the same excercises over and over and over!

    get her other DVDs....they have longer workouts....No More Trouble Zones....Burn Fat Boost Metabolism....you can get them pretty cheap at walmart or order of amazon...

    Insanity's first month programs are about 35-38 minutes long and incredible Nothing better for my money.

    I love Tony Hortons 10 minute work outs!! He is the creator of P90X and he keeps you moving constantly for10 minutes and you can do more if you have time!! They consist of core, cardio and yoga so good to mix and match!!

    I brought mine second hand on amazon!! Good Luck

    I love Jackie Warner's videos."One on One Training with Jackie" is the DVD I recently bought. It's a great workout. I could definitely tell I was working muscles I hadn't been used to before. A great sweat and the segments are short enough that you don't get bored, and the time flies by. It's a 40 minute workout.

    Thanks so much everyone! I actually do have Jillians 2 other DVDs "No More Trouble Zones" and "Banish Fat Boost Metablism". They are just kind of long for me with 3 little ones at home. I know, I know, I sound like I'm making excuses! BUT, when I have SO MUCH success (lost 60 pounds so far since my pregnancy) with doing short 30 minute workouts, it's hard for me to workout longer.
    Anyway, right after I posted this topic, I googled and found Jillian's brand new (2011) DVD. I think I might try it! Looks good...has anyone seen this one?

    Jillian has a new one called Ripped in 30 is the same concept as the Shred. I just ordered it on Amazon I should be getting it soon. I need something that is intense and fast because I don't have very much me time!! I am on level 3 as well on the Shred and almost done the 30 days... hoping I get the Ripped in 30 before I finish the Shred...!!

    I have found a few of the 10 minute solutions DVDs to be quite good... there is knockout body, and Ultimate bootcamp that are both really good. It is broken into 5 10 min segments so you can do them all or program it to run certain ones back to back.
  • I am so with you. I am on the last 8 days of the shred and I am counting down. It is still hard but I am just bored doing the same thing over and over again. I was thinking of getting the new Jillian Ripped video switching days so I am don't get in a rut and start slacking.
