My indicator is my under-chin area.. when I take bloody sip of soda my gullet swells up like a seranading frog. What about you guys?:smile:

    I have this callous of cartilege that bridges a couple of lower ribs from a break, and at a certain weight it becomes uncomfortable to sit for long periods in upright chairs

    I've been blessed (or cursed) with a large sized back-end, and when I've added a few more pounds to the already large *kitten*, I can really just feel it moving when I walk.
