Mini Goals??

I have noticed on several peoples replies you all show mini goals..how do I get this to apppear on mine?

    when your in the message boards go to the signature tab you can change it there

    when u look here above where it says home...recent posts...my topics...signature!

    go to signature and type it in there and then it will appear in your replies!

    look up where it says I> Signature.
