I have just joined My Fitness Pal. I have done a couple other websites, diets and workouts trying to lose weight. I'm not so sure anyone of the was the problem. I pretty sure it was me jumping off the wagon. I get easily discouraged so any help would be appreciated. I have tried forming work out groups with friends and family, but with everyone so busy that never worked. I hope I can meet people here for some much needed support. If any one wants my support just ask. I look forward to starting my new life.
