Running and boxing

hiya, just wanted a bit of advice about my training tomoz.
Iv got a personal session booked in the morning where I'll b doing some boxing and circuits, really good all body workout and strength mix.
However as I won't b able 2 exercise for the nxt 3 days I thought to myself it would b good to go for a run earlier on in the day a I like running and wanna use the gym as I am a member and should get my monies worth!
Is that too much for one day?
And will one of those sports recovery milkshakes in-between benefit me and my muscles.
Any help would b great as sometimes my ideas aren't always the best!!
