new and need help please

Alright so I'm recently new to this site; I am definitely at a plateau and it is very frustrating. I watch what I eat and when I eat it and I religiously workout. I am very food conscious tracking calories and making sure I'm eating enough fiber and protein while cutting down on white sugar/flour and drink a lot of water. Being in college is hard in regards to alcohol and what not but I've even been able to cut back on that. I don't know what more I can do to get to where I want to be. Anyone have any ideas that might help me?
