Just checked in. On the NIFS Indianapolis Slim It to Win It program. 10 weeks. Started end of February. Twice weekly high intensity workouts with group and then on your own for the rest of week. I've worked some muscles that have been dormant for some time. This week was the first workout that I felt really good about. I think I am getting healthier and stronger.
