For me the site greatly underestimated what I burned. I use a heart rat monitor where I've previously set it to my age, sex, height, weight .. etc. . . and it shows how many calories I burn during a workout, as well as my heart rate. I plug in my own calories on here by adding "strength training" under "cardio" an I manually put in what my heart rate monitor shows I've burned.0
