i don't know if this is just a weird coincidence or not but i read this post last night and drank as much water as i could before i went to bed, and although i had to pee multiple times during the night, i actually lost a pound since yesterday! and i didn't even work out yesterday, i didn't have time to because i worked all day!
while i highly doubt this will happen everyday, it definitely encouraged me to start drinking more water throughout the day! i've got a big tall glass next to me right now!
