For the 1st time in maybe 5 years....

Ive dropped dress sizes!!! Yes!!!!!!!!!!! I went from a size 12 to a size 10( and still dropping).....and Im beyond happy!!! I almost cried in the fitting room with my mom but it was outta excitement. I was thanking God for pushing me and giving me this great opportunity!!!
So.... my point is, that for each plateau you hit, every moment you fall off the wagon, feel like giving up....DONT. It took me 1 month to get off that plateau but I DID it!!!! And so CAN YOU!!! Push yourself as much as you can take, dont feel like a loser when that scale doesnt budge, and know that THERE ARE better days.
I couldnt have done this without the support of my MFP friends, my boyfriend and my family, but most importantly I couldnt have done this if I didnt believe in myself, push myself, and take care of myself.

Yay, so happy for you!!!! It must be the day, I got back into some of my old jeans (from 6 years ago!!!), yipee!!! But, I'm am so, so, so happy for you!!! That's awesome, we knew you could do it!! Keep up the great work!!
