Spice Up The Routine

Hello Everybody,

I am really trying to keep up with my workout routine. At first I was really giving it my all but I am losing my motivation. I think its because I am simply becoming bored with going to the gym and doing the same thing. Is there anyway I can spice up my workout and its still effective? I will appreciate suggestions.

    Take some classes that you haven't taken before. Mix it up a little.

    Try picking up a video, or doing a different machine. Go for a run/walk outside. There are a lot of things to do, besides the gym. :smile:
