bacon for seasoning

i haven't been using it since i started my journey to loose weight but was wandering, if you use one piece of bacon to season a whole head of cabbage and you don't eat the bacon how much of the fat and calories do you get from it?

    The MFP database lists bacon grease as an ingredient.
