I joined this site less than a month ago. First starting with just the phone ap then the site. I measured my self last week after losing 5 pounds and then again today. I was down an inch on my dreaded tummy. I fit into 16 in stead of 16W. I cant wait till next week. Thanks you all for what you post. It keeps me motivated and makes me feel like I am among friends.
