A friend on MFP told me this a few minutes ago but I can't find the previous post she was referring to so I am starting a knew one...
How many of you subtract your resting calories burned from total calories burned shown on your HRM? Also how do you figure this? Did you wear your hrm resting for a minute then multiply by 60 or did you use your BMR?
