    Has worked great for me. Thought I'd never be able to get back into shape.

    This site is great, but you do have to log in everything and if you let friends see you diary, well then it makes you think twice about cheating cause friends will look at your diary.. and the more friends you have the bettter it is because people on this site on great to give support and motivation.... I wish you the best and if you need a friend do not hesitate...
