this is a sandwich my mom always makes and i am OBSESSED with!!!
1 sub roll (i use the fresh bakery ones)
1/2 medium avocado, sliced
1/4 cucumber, sliced (peeled or unpeeled, whichever you prefer)
2 tbsp fat free cream cheese
3 tbsp salsa
toast the roll in the toaster oven, spread the cream cheese on the top and bottom, add salsa, avacado and cucumbers. slice in half and enjoy!
i don't have the actual stats on this sandwich but it usually come out to be about 350 calories. the only fat is the good fat from the avacado! it's delicious!

Yumm another option is some alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, tomato, cheese and mayo if you like on a whole grain bread. Mmmmm one of my favorites.0
