Hey! I am wondering if anyone has any advice for someone who has never counted calories before. I have always done the points thing so I am not really sure where to start. I have a vague idea, but would appreciate some input. Thanks!

My best advice is to take 10-20 mins every morning and do your food diary- if you plan ahead, you won't go over because you'll know exactly what is on your menu for the day.0

Get a kitchen scale-- then you don't have to estimate how much you are cooking/eating.0
